Fun @ Gooutsource
Fun at WorkSpring is nature’s way of indicating carnival time, but we don’t believe in waiting so long to celebrate. Celebration never needs any reason; it just needs the heart and willingness to participate. Celebration time brings in happiness, joy and laughter. Laughter is the best medicine for mind and body. It is a powerful antidote to any kind of stress, pain and conflict. Fun and work can always go hand-in-hand thereby infusing new life & freshness into daily functioning.GoOutsource believes in maintaining a fun quotient at work as it holds immense significance in promising high efficacy and smooth functioning of the organization.
EventBirthday Bash – Birthday parties are organized in the last week of every Month. We give the entire responsibility of deciding the themes and making arrangements for the bash on to the employees whose Birthday is due to be celebrated in that particular Month. We fondly dub them as the ‘MCs-of- the-month’. However, this brings in copious creativity from our employees on monthly basis. This also develops a sense of responsibility that in turn also explores diverse leadership skills in them. The work area is festooned by the employees thus adding a celebratory touch to the office environment. To the joyous sounds of the birthday song, the conventional cutting off the Birthday cake is done followed by some fun-filled activities lined up by the MCs that might include indoor games that are then ensued by delectable snacks.
Festival Celebration: – At GoOutsource, we make it a point to celebrate each festival in a unique way so that employees don’t miss being home on festivals. GoOutsource is a second home for all the employees and hence irrespective of the culture and religion, each festival gets its share of celebration.
Semi final India vs Pakistan –On the much-anticipated day, the entire workforce of GoOutsource completed our work & got together to witness the clash of the archrivals relayed live on the projector. Loud cheering with the blaring of trumpets for 4s and 6s filled the air as wickets were taken. The atmosphere felt as though we were present in the venue of the match. As everybody had such a ball at a time, watching the semi-final, we decided to revisit the experience for the final match held on 2nd April 2011. The tension was palpable during the screening of the World Cup Finals and the heart-rending, nail-biting finish of India ultimately proving its mettle made all of us erupt into a frenzy of jubilation and celebration galore.
